Advosy is a family of locally owned home service companies based in Arizona, serving homeowners and businesses across the Phoenix Valley. The Advosy Family includes Advosy Construction (roofing), Everest Air & Plumbing (HVAC, plumbing, and insulation), Pestkee (pest, termite, weed, rodent, and mold control), Bloque Restoration (water, fire, storm, and mold restoration), Select Adjusters (public adjusting and insurance claims), and Southwest Packout (flood and fire packout services).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit the Advosy website (advosy.com), contact us by phone or email, submit a service request or membership inquiry, or interact with any Advosy Family company through the main Advosy contact channels.

Each Advosy Family company also maintains its own Privacy Policy on its respective website. This policy covers information collected through advosy.com and the main Advosy contact channels. When you engage directly with an individual Advosy company, that company’s Privacy Policy applies.

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form on advosy.com, call the main Advosy number, inquire about the Advosy Membership, or request to be connected to an Advosy Family company, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, home or business address, property type and size, service needs, preferred contact method, and membership interest.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on each page, referring website or search engine, and general geographic location based on IP address.

Advosy Family companies. When you contact Advosy requesting a specific service, we share your contact information and service request details with the appropriate Advosy Family company so they can reach out to you directly. When your situation involves more than one service, your information may be shared with multiple Advosy companies to coordinate the response. For example, a homeowner reporting roof damage with water intrusion may be connected to both Advosy Construction and Bloque Restoration. A homeowner requesting insurance claim assistance may be connected to Select Adjusters. Your information is shared only for the purpose of fulfilling the service you requested or inquired about. Each receiving company is bound by its own Privacy Policy and the shared Advosy data standards.

Advosy Membership administration. If you enroll in the Advosy Membership, your membership information, service history, inspection schedules, and contact details are shared across participating Advosy Family companies to coordinate your membership benefits, schedule inspections, and provide priority service. This sharing is necessary to deliver the membership experience and is limited to the information needed to serve your home.

Service providers. Third-party companies that help us operate our business, such as payment processors, scheduling software providers, CRM platforms, email communication platforms, and website analytics tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and only use it for the purposes we specify.

Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Request information about cross-company sharing. Request details about which Advosy Family companies have received your information and for what purpose.

Information originally collected by Advosy and shared with the receiving company remains subject to both this policy and the receiving company’s policy.
